          EMS is an independent, creative event management company for corporate, incentive, special events and private groups. Leslie Schramer, owner and principal event planner, has over 28 years of experience in the event world. In 1997 she joined Carlson Marketing Group as a Senior Travel Director and spent 5 years traveling the world, working high end Corporate events, including the Goodwill Games in Russia and the Atlanta Olympics. 

           With the travel & incentive bug sparked in her she joined Creative Event Marketing (CEM) as a National Sales Manager planning special event and corporate retreats for 6 years throughout the Roaring Fork Valley, before creating her own business with Event Marketing Solutions in 2003.

            She excels in pre-program planning, client services, budgeting, negotiating vendor contracts, to professional on-site management, staffing and logistics. 

              A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, earning her B.A., and post graduate at the University of Denver; Leslie has lived in the Aspen Area for 30 years and has a personal vested interest in providing her clients with a local resource option upon planning their events. When she is not planning and executing incentive & corporate events, you will find her biking, hiking, skiing or climbing with her family in the beautiful Rocky Mountains!

            She also has extensive event experience in 25 different countries within North America, Asia, Eastern and Western Europe. She operates many programs nationwide, and is happy to consult with you on many other wonderful destinations beyond the Roaring Fork Valley!
